Loretta was originally from Holmes County and now resides in Tuscarawas County. She grew up with a father that impressed upon her the importance of figuring out things for herself, never giving up, and that she could accomplish anything she set her mind to. With this "fix it herself" attitude she has even been known to be called "Mrs. Vila" by family members. She prides herself on being a very driven individual. Once she has set a goal in place she will not stop until that goal is accomplished.
With 12 years of experience in the home improvement industry, she began to kindle a desire to help others create a home within their house. What started out as a desire grew into a passion. She decided to move forward into real estate to help others see what she sees. To look at a house and see it's true potential, it's future, and to envision the memories to be made.
Loretta is a regular attendee and volunteer at New Pointe Community Church in Dover. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors. She is a devoted wife of 27 years and proud grandma to 2 little boys.
